  • Non-refundable deposit of $20 required at booking.

  • Deposit is applied to service total.

  • Transferable to up to 2 (two) rescheduled appointments only.

• CANCELING & RESCHEDULING

  • Appointments must be cancelled (deposit forfeited) or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to scheduled times unless otherwise stated.

• NO-SHOWS

  • Failing to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours will result in loss of deposit and a $25 fee charged to the card of file.

  • Should payment fail, all future appointments will be cancelled with loss of deposit until the balance is cleared.

  • Accumulating 3 no shows will result in being banned from booking.

Pain is subjective, what's painful to me may not be painful to you. Hair is being removed from the root so there will be a quick slight sting (pun intended) but no lingering pain.

• Exfoliate 1-2 days before appointments, NEVER the day of.

• Arrive with area free of oils, lotions and/or deodorant.
